Each of our orders is prepared individually, often featuring mystery selections, limited-edition items, and personalized touches. Because of this unique format, **we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.**

EU Return & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: You can cancel your order directly on our store until the item is fulfilled/shipped.
Returns: Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer provides and pays for return shipping.
Final Sale (No Returns/Cancellations): All products from the T-shirt and Scoops collections are final sale. Due to their specific nature, they are exempt from the EU right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or canceled.
