Care Instructions:
Machine wash cold (up to 30°C / 86°F) inside out with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Iron on low heat on the reverse side to protect the graphic print.

• Orders without video are gently prepared and dispatched within 3–7 business days. 
• Orders with a personalized video require additional time for filming and are dispatched within 5–10 business days.
• During holiday periods, preparation times may be slightly extended.

• During peak or holiday seasons, delivery may take up to 16–30 days.

Can I return the product?

We apologize, but this is a personalized custom product and does not support returns or refunds. 
As a small business, we curate and pack every set (both standard and Mystery Box) by hand specifically for you. To guarantee that every item in your package is brand-new and has never been handled by another customer, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
